These three definitely need to go before Xechem can move forward. We need to take all of this information/evidence and get it organizied and present our case to the FBI, SEC, NJ Dept. of Criminal Justice, Eric Holder and the DEA (as suggested by the FBI). There are a lot of smart cookies on this site who have put in many hours. What we need to do is have a prosecutor review it and hopefully get some indictments. We need to think of what they did criminally and present that information, otherwise the authorities will roll their eyes and say it's a civil matter which would take too long and be too late to save Xechem.

Oh, and BTW, for anyone interested (for example, the creditor's committee and bond holders), my trip is to work on returning Nicosan to Xechem, not to get Nicosan to a third company.

You can call them and ask them what I've been doing here for the six weeks I've spent in Nigeria in 2009. If you really want to know, call my wife and mention the name Xechem and see what kind of reaction you get.
