You can also demand that Swift, Burg and Ireti resign since that's the only way Xechem is going to get Nicosan back...
According to NIPRD and the Minister of Health's office, Xechem can get the Nicosan license if there's a complete management change, specifically Swift, Burg and Ireti. That's off the board of directors and removed as management. There are other conditions (such as paying the owed royalty), but the deal breaker is those three guys, they stay with Xechem, the license goes elsewhere. I was told to "clean up your house". Of course I told them that it's not my house, but I think I can find a few people that will help me clean it up.
