There is no "relist." Wave is listed on the NASDAQ on the Capital market. The $1 price issue is to stay listed on the Capital market.

Wave does not meet the criteria to be relisted on the NASDAQ Global market. They would have to meet the New Listing requirements which includes things like a $4 minimum share price.
