Why don't you post the email from Bob? Personally, I don't think Bob is in the loop on anything. Xin Ma told me his specific role is to help find capital and release specific news they give him. I think the $17.5M investment from the government was total speculation by swingbigbaby based on the article. When I read the article it looked like it could be a private investment of some sort. Since the find last week the market cap of the stock has increased only $250K. It might have stoked some interest but I believe without conversions the stock will naturally go up after falling 80% from the peak during the swine flu MOMO run.
