I'll look into the Texas litigation deadlines over the weekend; I do not know that information off hand.

Keep in mind that there are different levels of courts as well as court circuits. What is decided in Texas MAY be used as a "persusaive argument" and can be cited in an opinion outside of Texas and the 9th circuit, but is in no way BINDING on this Court as precedent.
