Analysts regularly call companies and get extended priority face time with management.

zen, the stock was distributed to the people pumping the stock. Thats quite a bit different than giving six billion shares to the Salvation Army.....the 'needy',, yea, right!

ADDENDUM TO MY THOUGHTS ON TRIP

As an additional point, the shares were all restricted for 2 years as I understand it. If the company is as worthless as all the bashers would have you believe, then Urban effectively gave away nothing, since by August 2006, I suspect if this were anything remotely close to a scam it would not be trading by then. As for now, it's simply a gesture until the company proves itself over the next 2 years. By then, IMO it will be seen as having been a great gesture by a giving man. Time will tell if that's the right assessment.

4. I guess a second issue I have is not that Sterling is in charge of distribution, but that how is that distribution being policed

And just how many FREE shares have been granted to Sterling.

forget Sterling...the issue is CMKX...take Sterling out of the formula now so we can get on with CMKX and not fog our thinking with anything else

Zen .. sooner or later ..
these clowns are going to have to get down to the real 'raison d'etre'. Which is .. the exploration for diamonds in the F A L C area. That first new hole should have long past entered the bedrock and the geologists already know if it is into kimberlite. But this time Urban should be in consultation with his partners who are Canadian companies and who must adhere to Canadian rules. So we will see.
