I have breezed through about ¾ of it so far but what I have seen it ot to light a fire under their arsez. WMI has as much as accused them of being a part of the crime. Saying mean things like they don’t wash their hands and other stuff. (like that I picked up on some of that Greek they were using) I might add it would appear they are going for far more than any on the board have speculated including all the trademarks and domains we spoke of back around November/ December time frame. WMI appears to be going for the throat and the gonads. As a mater of fact if by the time I am done if they haven asked that JPM be drawn and quartered I will be astonish.
No quarter shall be given, and just forget about those nickels and dimes. Also one of the defenses accused JPM of delaying the proceedings and no relief was to be given. I just love that list of defenses, that is a must read.
