Reputation is everything and Tom Scozzafava's reputation is below zero. Everyone who invested and trusted him lost their shirts! Now some blood sucking firm called Auctus Private Equity Fund, LLC is going to issue more funding for common shareholder equity?

If anyone invests here it will be like commiting Hari Kari. Tom burned so many he will never be able to jump start this trash.


I vote for Tom Scozzafava's resignation, as all shareholders should!
