I believe it's something to do with an "alleged" r/m.

BC here's some info for you. The company is NOT listed at 185 Madison Ave 10th floor. I spoke to attorney Joe Paykin, it is his office and he doesn't even represent them anymore, and they were notified long ago to stop using his address. Also I believe the number listed for the CEO is a cell phone.
