In the conference call JPM mentioned they would be issuing warrants starting next tuesday after they pay back TARP. What is a warrant and how would it affect JPM's capital liquidity and raising of capital.

Did he mention that JPM has $81T of derivatives exposure (reported by BusinessWeek, May18-09 issue)...I guess not...
