I'm trying to figure that one out. For one, the Transfer Agent who's in charge of the stock lists Wyoming as the state of incorporation. Since Carnes filed to remove registration with the SEC it's difficult to know what went on. It's possible that he created the private corp in Wyoming and reversed merged the public shell with it. So in effect, WY and not NV, is where it's currently registered. That would explain why it seems the o/s is higher than the a/s and nothing was filed with Nevada changing it.
Many companies are registered in multiple states but this is a new incorporation altogether in both WY and DE. A new incorporation means it's a private company unless it's reversed merged with an existing public one.
It seems that Weber's now going to change it once again to DE. The change in state also may have triggered Pinksheets to put the Caveat Emptor status since there was a change and they have no current information on file or they asked for current information which was never sent.
That's just my hunch. I was going to dig deeper but I'm going to wait and see if it jives with the video or not before wasting time.
