Many companies are registered in multiple states but this is a new incorporation altogether in both WY and DE. A new incorporation means it's a private company unless it's reversed merged with an existing public one.
It seems that Weber's now going to change it once again to DE. The change in state also may have triggered Pinksheets to put the Caveat Emptor status since there was a change and they have no current information on file or they asked for current information which was never sent.
That's just my hunch. I was going to dig deeper but I'm going to wait and see if it jives with the video or not before wasting time.
