Yep, I noticed that a couple of days ago. If I recall correctly, the Wyoming corp was formed when Rodrigo was in charge back in December but Jared clinched WY this month.
Apparently, Brian switched-to/added Delaware when he took over BBDA. It will be interesting to find how the new filings affect NV and WY.
Would you happen to know how the share structure is affected in a multi-state corporation? I was wondering if the shares are cumulative for each state or if the newest filing supersedes the previous.
