I think that it means since CXAC hasn't been a reporting company for some time, FINRA is going to remove CXAC from it's file of reporting companies. We should be readded once we start reporting again.

It means a delisting of securities but it is postponed until a later date..probally because of the amount of securities to be halted, CXAC is on the list but it changes daily.
