Phil, no one wants to hang the "whole crew." The problem we are having is that it has become increasingly apparent that ADVFN has known about Matt's alleged activities long before it was made public. Add to that, the obscene inaction they have taken since the public has been made aware of the charges/indictments.

That makes for a very short leap to complicit activity on ADVFN's part. All, of course, in my most humble opinion.

Because it's America, and you are always guilty by association. Gee, if you hung around crack fiends and drug addicts all day, what do you think others would preceive you to be? Let's be realistic Phil. I'm not saying they ARE dirty...but the apple never falls far from the tree.
