Phil, no one wants to hang the "whole crew." The problem we are having is that it has become increasingly apparent that ADVFN has known about Matt's alleged activities long before it was made public. Add to that, the obscene inaction they have taken since the public has been made aware of the charges/indictments.

That makes for a very short leap to complicit activity on ADVFN's part. All, of course, in my most humble opinion.
