earlier this week, July seems about right. It really looks like this is going to happen....I also noticed they didn't throw blocks 5 and 6 automatically in the new bid round coming up, this bodes well, imo!

Ruby, just to point out a discrepancy between the Lusa and Upstream reports (which may already have been mentioned here) on JDA Santos' comments: while Lusa quotes him saying B2 drilling to commence in June, B4 in July, Upstream says both kick off in July.

As has been case in past, seems clear to me Morgan based his piece on Lusa's intrvu, without giving credit.
