The Sedco needs to be towed into place. It should be moving within a week or two.

Dadd, I just can't see it taking that long to set up. Take a look at the mooring system.

Thrusters 8 x Rolls Royce 3,000 hp fully azimuthing
Propulsion 8 x Rolls Royce fixed pitch propeller powered by Siemens 2,250 kW variable speed electric motors

Mooring Equipment

Winches 2 x Baylor, 1,000 kips hold, 500 kips stalled
Wire/Chain 2 x 1,000 ft 3" ORQ Chains (on forward side only)
Anchors 2 x 12 st Baldt anchors for harbor mooring

This is a semi-sub that is set up like a drillship. The water depth is about the max for this rig and that may take a little longer to set up but they light these rigs and the water around it up like daylight and work around the clock.
I'd guess 2-3 days.
