Mr. Hochstetter has a successful track record in the cradle to grave regulatory agency approval for the applications processes of new and existing medical products. He has a historic working relationship with Health and Medical regulatory agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration of the United States, and the Health and Welfare Administration of Canada. He has specialized in the approval process of new human implantation product lines including the inception of medical devices to human implantation from conceptual to finished procedures involving all stages of the regulatory approval process.
Bernie has a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Hochstetter attended the University of Arkansas Law School, and has extensive knowledge of medical and surgical procedures gained by hundreds of operating room observations. He has a large following of doctors in the United States and abroad. He
was the President of Implatec Inc for 14 years before going into semi-retirement. That company was a stocking sales distributor for pacemakers, breast implants, intraocular lenses and venous access devices.
