It's what they create; EDIGITAL is an R&D, engineering and design company that went public.

Lois: E.Digital was not paid anything by Fusion. Neither the PR, 10K nor the 10Q stated that there was any kind of revenue agreement with Fusion whatsoever.

My belief if that e.Digital approached Fusion with the concept and an exterior design, but that all e.Digital got out of it was a PR with no revenue. This is based on Fusion's editing of e.Digital's Photo Shop prototype image.
