Kino PVP platform - It looks to me as though e.Digital may have designed this digital image of a prototype and presented it to Fushion for considration. The image that Fusion uses has been very poorly edited. It looks like they replaced the e.Digital name with Digefusion. Also note on the bottom, it says "Personal Video Player" not "Personal Video Recorder."
Using such an amateurish, obviously edited image of their player is not impressive.
Keep in mind that e.Digital has made no claim whatsoever that it will receive any revenue from Fusion from this device (neither in the PR nor in the 10K). IMO, they gave the look if the device to Fusion in exchange for being able link itself to Fusion in a PR. This was stated as one of the 3 primary business strategies in the 10K.
