Hey thanks clamcakes. Good to see you around as you've been in this one for a long time and I know old timers remember your old RB posts. I used to think you should have gotten back in idcc, but if you have not, I'm thinking you may have made the right decision when you got out. If you did get back in, good luck to you also with this nokia settlement thing. I'm neither optimistic or pessimistic although I would sincerely hate to see an idcc loss as it always seems to set idcc back another year or two and many of us are tiring of the waiting.

Also thanks for the support as I don't think everyone feels like Jim. I'm not going to dwell on this, but I looked at the first 11 posts I made yesterday and there's nothing there to support Jim's comments and I think his comments were made without reading my posts. I think Jim jumped in after someone's negative comment. I have no idea what the IHUB police or Matt could tell me what was wrong with any post as I can see none that could be singled out(none were deleted), therefore I am at a loss of what or how I should watch what I say. Anyway my last comment on the subject. ... Good hearing from you. Is the dating game still going on with you "old fella" or have you been nailed? Take care and drop by again. mo. .. nic

Clamcakes,

Well said and I agree with you. I am more put off by the messages that take swipes at those two than the opinions that they post.

I might also observe that many of dmiller and nicmar detracters, who believe that they must defend IDCC, also stated that they voted against the recent stock option proposal.

clamcakes, Nicmar and Miller have always felt that had an obligation to balance the board sentiment; sometimes to protect the Long investors. There’s no need for them to try to protect the Long. Everyone should do the DD. IMO, regardless of their negative posts, the die-hard still long and strong.

They tried so, so, and so hard to counter the optimistic views, even though they didn’t have anything to post, that’s when their message became a personal agenda instead of an investment view.

JimLur has repeatedly encouraged people to post the “negative” views so that the board can understand both sides of the investment equation. HE HAS HAD PROBLEM ONLY WITH THE MEANINGLESS AND PROVOKING NEAGTIVE POSTS BY THOSE TWO.

clamcakes, For what's it's worth I would definitely speak face to face with Miller or Nicmar.

They have nothing to fear from the IHUB cops as long as they stay on topic and avoid starting pizzing matches which they have done a good job on so far.

It wasn't yesterday or the day before that made me make that post. They both for a long time have deliberately commented on posts just to tick off another poster which in turn brings more useless posts.

Why make a comment like oh now that were down I suppose it's another buying opportunity.

I might be old but I'm not stupid. I can read through a post like that and know it's intended to tick off someone.
