LOL, not a big fan of conspiracy theories but I know Obama/FED/Treasury will never allow the FDIC and JPM to go into a jury trial and full discovery.

You might have people like Hank Paulson, Chris Cox, OTS, Bair, Dimon and many big dogs cross examined for hours just to nail them for perjury. The entire fabric and credibility of the banking and regulatory system could be tarnished forever.

Think how bad the market will tank if there's a run on the entire banking system.

This issue will end soon. Its either boom or bust.
