There will be no upside if they don't start telling truth. Why can't they be more open about AF-01 or the biz plan? How effective is AF-01? AF-01 just seems extremely shady the way the have handled it.......It seems obviously to me it's not worth a crap otherwise it wouldn't be so darn difficult to find a partner that sticks around.
Who is going to loan these guy a dime? Nobody after they do about 10 minutes of research.
There are way better investments in this economic climate and not crap like this.
