Let's try this. It rained today. It's been raining for the past week. Some with only the power of observation at their disposal would expect it will keep raining until we all drown.
The weathermen just came on TV and said the CEO of DKAM is parting the skies. Bright and sunny weather for many months to come. Those with a TV are far more likely to predict a sunny day tomorrow also.
So, it leaves a choice to buy a TV and make predictions based on forward fact and not innuendo based on past results.
