I wish I was there today to listen and witness that conversation. I kind of follow but it is hard to say if I am on target without being a witness to the event to understand the connotation and the body language from the whole discussion. However it kind of sounds like Nok was posturing as to say if the information is confine to a limit whatever the boundary is they can prove Prior Art but if the rebuttal witness is allowed to clarify and provide too much detail that essentially blows our argument concerning prior art.
