Nice find amarkiii! How is it possible a Jerry Schwarz and a Gerald Schwarz can be listed as owners of this company and not a peep from management? For those of you homegamers, I know the answer. The company is run by crook thugs.
As for a reverse split, as crocker said in more cheerful, playful terms (prorated stock conversion,) it's the same thing as issuing more shares in which hardworking shareholders ie. you guys, will not be the beneficiary. In fact a 100,000,000 share issuance would be equivalent to a 1 for 2 reverse split. My guess is they'll try to hammer everyone anywhere from 1 for 5 or even 1 for 10. Only time will tell, but it looks like more bad news.
Here's one more question to ask yourselves? Why are so many people on this board so ready and willing to move past the DB fiasco? The DB fiasco that has ruined the stock price, ruined the company and taken all the shares away? If there is a vote on a share restructuring it's ALL because of the DB issue, yet a few people here are so quick to brush it aside.
