If she rules against WMI in this case; that is a really bad, bad precedence. That is like saying I bought your house, now all your bank accounts belong to me as well. I could see this going to the Supreme Court.
This delay, from the surface, is not a positive. If it's such clear case that WMI owns that money, why is the Judge delaying a decision?
I know that responses will be something like "....well the Judge wants to have JPM/WMI settle.....blah blah blah..." Really, so she knows something we don't?
