No way, I had a different experience. I had a friend call and she was able to order stuff immediately. Shipping was quick from Miami to LA. I am sorry but I did this thinking that INCA did not really exist and was about to go to .000 I know I should have not had her call but she wanted some of the advertized clothing from the website. They were immidiate with her requests.
I think if buyers wanted the product, Inca will do what they can to get the order completed.
