They were both from the same publication, so no - they were not independent. And neither are they actually experiments - just numbers in tables. Experiments come with measurement data that can be reproduced. Neither of your links included information on the testing equipment or the methodology. Thus, you are wrong in calling them "independent experiments" - on both counts.
