The MM won't sell your order unless .0005 is on the bid. That's how he makes his money - by the spread.
They have shares they are looking to offload at .0005 to buyers right now. Once they fill those then the spread will go up to .0005x.0006 and you will see yours. (providing enough people are buying at .0006 so the spread doesn't move back down again)
