I've had to call some service people to come to my house the past month, and I have never had such fast response to quote or repair something.

I called the heating/cooling place and they were here in 2-hours Monday, and the owner came with the repair guy! I've never seen that. My guess is they had to lay off all their other employees due to the housing bust and the owner couldn't sit in the office and collect a salary, he had to bust his butt in the field.
