I would expect that if contractor had 1 work crew and 2 customers one with the appearance of having money and one from someone with the appearance of more modest means, he would pick the former rather then the latter assuming quick payment would be likely.

Have you ever sat in a dental office and listen to patient after patient asking to time payments for work done.

I really wonder what GDP reports will look like when adjusted for the self employed when they report schedule C's early next year.
Apr 15th tax payments were disappointing to say the least.
Next estimated taxes due date is June 15th and the government report on taxes paid will be telling.
