I guess the Judge threw us a bone and allowed discovery of JPM, but did as I said and delayed the ruling on [the fishing expedition] BK rule 2004. Investigation is exactly what we needed, does anyone know if she put parameters on it, this will be important in determining what could and could not be entered into evidence. IMHO the delay in a ruling on the BK rule 2004 only bolsters our case that settlement talks are underway, because there is no other reason she would need to delay. She either rules in favor of the plaintiff or the defendants. Simple as that.. IMHO
