Old news, it moved from 8 to 12 in December 2008! It was discussed at length here and also it is on the Nevada SOS site. Exact date was 12/22/08. The link is below and we don't know if this is R/S also! Will have to wait for the official news from the company or an updated SOS amendment!! Until then we don't know why, who, where or how much of anything related to anything!! That is why everyone is watching their screens for that news pop up notification so we can find out what the heck is going on!
