fail when they do nothing to bring any customers to the table.

when the only people you market to are potential stockholders, that spells trouble with a capital T.

when you gag your ta, again trouble with a capital T

when you give no real information, just speculation, conjecture and PROJECTIONS that equals more trouble, big trouble.

when your investor relations line is a sprint/nextel cell phone, yikes, still not good.

when you acquire companies from your friends and attorney for stock, again, big trouble.

when all of the companies you acquire popped up over night and have po boxes with no physical address, and all within 20-30 miles of each other, more trouble.

add up all this trouble and you got a whole lot of trouble with this stock.
