and the number of o/s we are in great shape

we need to see double the amount of shareholders as of may 12.. in that case we will see more people holding to make profits instead of people already in the money controlling large portions of this company.. i just hate the stagnancy! i bought in around .0037, and i would like to get back there soon. if dilution has stopped we will get there very quickly. has anyone emailed the company and asked how long it takes to put a photo bio reactor up??
