Reason for it being down is simple. THE GAMES BEING PLAYED ON L2 BY MM's PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT IN THE .000's GET NERVOUS.
I've never seen so many games, and frankly did not believe it until I had a bid in above the ask and it was not being displayed or filled.
In coming weeks with the increased exposure this company appears to be receiving it will surely bounce back to levels close to .008 or higher. Even if the haters on this board had their way with dilution and they doubled the OS. That would put a value of .004-.005 on it for me.

More than a double at these levels.
