Keith, that's very strange that you had mentioned that $3,000 amount. I've done much due diligence (DD) on EVRM to include on that CD issue too. The DD you have provided is humbly appreciated. If that’s all we have to worry about, then we are definitely Golden! Allow me to further elaborate.
That CD is about dried up and done. That CD was something that was done under the old company of DYMH. It was not done because of Jonathan and EVRM. From doing my research, there is only about $3,000 to $5,000 worth of shares remaining to be sold before it’s all gone. That means that about another 1 to 1.5 million shares at max will hit the float before it’s all gone. From my research, they are already included into the official float numbers at the Transfer Agent (TA) so the share structure will remain intact. Personally, I would see such as a buying opportunity, but that's just me.
The company does not know that I am aware of this, but from what I have discovered, that CD was tied into some publishing deal that was made by Bruce back when it was EVRM. That publishing company is no longer connected since transforming over from DYMH into EVRM and Bruce is no longer with EVRM either. That was the only extra luggage that came with Jonathan taking over DYMH and making it into EVRM. I still say that we are Golden!
