Your right but he might have negotiated it away in the offer or it is part of the offer if he accepts.The problem is we do not know but I am sure the Koreans have this covered if they were to buy out the company. You have to understand trust and honor are the most important part of the Asian culture. They are smart enogh to know that they have to have control to do this. This might be the major reason Jared is shopping the company around. He is saying for more money but he really wants to still be in control. I would bet this is the main reason he is looking for another company. Why is he hussling to go everywhere for more business he is trying to prove they need him and his team. I think the Koreans hve made their mind up to throw him out and his team if they take control. It might be close on who has control but definitely he he is going against the agreement they will throw him out. Looks like he will find out they had the best offer. Usually the first offer is the best. We will see but the delay is his ego to stay involved and the Koreans don't want him that is my take. Allie is the key now.
I forgot to add in other post the Koreans I would say are a lot smarter than Jared's team they have age on their side and I believe they have this all covered and this is why Jared is shoppint the co. around his ego is now getting in the way. The Asians are really smart when it comes to business they are cheap too that why they can produce cheap products. Time will tell. I bet no other co. will touch Jared now. No major co will thats my bet. I might be wrong but Jared has boxed himself into a closer. If he turns the 10 cents down and liar about the other stuff the lawsuits will start.
