You have to understand trust and honor are the most important part of the Asian culture. They are smart enogh to know that they have to have control to do this. This might be the major reason Jared is shopping the company around. He is saying for more money but he really wants to still be in control. I would bet this is the main reason he is looking for another company. Why is he hussling to go everywhere for more business he is trying to prove they need him and his team. I think the Koreans hve made their mind up to throw him out and his team if they take control.
