Nothing in life thats worth a lick comes easy. You should see the house I am dealing with right now. Cost me a fortune but right now its worth next to nothing But YET I havent' given up the dream of what it coud be. I moved 12k lbs of dirt over the weekend by shovel and wheelbarrow. I have barely even put a dent man. Keeping my hopes and dreams alive is what makes me get out of bed in the morn. As you know I never give up on something that i believe in otherwise I would have left this board years ago. I hope the pope feels better soon. He is in my prayers.
