Isn't there evidence of another bid from Citi or someone that was redacted? One of the FDIC FOIA documents, I seem to remember seeing it. Someone should email him that. I he say's that was the only bid, or that they took the highest bid, that should place some doubt in his mind about his theory. May he will investigate the amount of the bid. I may have it saved I have to look for it.
