Thanks DOC2...

Well I must say that this is a complete surprise...I did not aspire to become any kind of pumper/basher or moderator but fate is a mysterious force as has the ride on this NSOL wave...If you look at my previous posts, perhaps it may become clear that I myself have had a lot of doubts and questions about the company and its managing style...however...having had long and exhaustive discussions with numerous individuals who are and were part of this company have lead me to believe that all cannot and is not a lie....perhaps there were shades of gray and the whole IA debacle is still beyond me since I was convinced that that pig would fly...I have been wrong in the past...and that is my history!!! and it is there for anyone to see and observe...

I also dont believe that one can live his entire life looking back and not taking any steps forwards....
as I tend to two small munchkins myself and have seen them fall and get up and fall and get up again and again...they finally learn to crawl, walk and run....this is perhaps the lesson of life in almost all things...whether the management of NSOL can do that is upto debate and past cannot always predict the future....but this perhaps is the same dilemma between Captain Kirk and Spock...logic vs hope!

I rather stay out of the whole dem vs rep debate since I call myself an enlightened independent!!!

And Ride is perhaps right in his own way to say what he thinks is perhaps a gleeful cheer on my part...but the sun has not set on this drama yet and the curtain is still up...
Meanwhile the show goes on!!!

'basher to pumper'.. I see no correlation between stock bias and the ability to moderate. Acting as a moderator may even 'balance' any percieved 'pumping' you see from Doc1. Besides, he's been on the NSOL board longer, and I just don't think his 'wishful thinking' will affect any decision to keep or trash posts here. We all have the same mod rules.
MLM's behavior as moderator more reflected his desire for free speech as I don't think he ever actually removed a single post ;).. Most of the removed posts have not been at my 'or' mlm's hand, but other 'senior' moderators from Ihub.

Anyway, we need someone who actually reads this board to moderate and why not give Doc1 a try?
