Its pretty evident that there is quite a bit at stake here. WMI must feel pretty confident about its position/case if it is retaining this kind of legal team, filing motions for investigation against JPM and engaging in so many lawsuits.

I don't know the substantive details of the IndyMac seizure, but on its face there is a remarkable disparity (assuming your numbers are accurate) between their price and WAMU's.
