This one requires some clarifications:

Downshire was not involved in this one. Raphael Huppe had dinner with Tony Papa, former owner of the shell) who convinced him to make the big news release about the 1.4 billion$ contracts. RH made the news release (as signed) and Tony Papa dumped his stocks. This deal was purely between TP and RH.
