maybe, but the timing couldn't be worse IMO

that's why I feel there is something else going on with this...why do this now when there are much bigger things going on and shareholders are still in the dark about the O/S

Yeah, and it's a perfect card if you can't get a credit card established any other way. To me it's a way of marketing to people that have bad credit, who probably aren't going to be able to afford any CMKX once it hits over $1 anyway. Just rubs me the wrong way all the way around!
I could see something like this being announced at a later date and I probaby wouldn't be bothered about it, but NOW , this WEEK? Of ALL Weeks??
The one thing it DOES say is that Urbie plans on keeping the CMKX name, regardless of what happens with mergers etc...
