Wow I guess since you never heard of it it must not happen. I would not think it would be that out of the ordinary since its the FDA's predicate device database that is used to locate a device.
They are not looking for pre-market approval which requires much more . They are looking to recieve a substantial equivalence ruling by the FDA.
Sorry you have a personal agenda against the company or are looking to just short the stock.
