joe, you know Hayter has nothing to do with BCND, why would you say such things? Please take your personal vendetta against Hayter to some place where he does dwell. That is your right. But it is not your right to spread false information here.

Since I began managing this company, I have received inquiries, accusations, and innuendos that the control person of the entity was some third party. In all, there have been at least six names of people that were said to be controlling Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. Many of these people, I have not even heard of. Others were involved with the prior management. Regardless, I am not in a position to make public statements about the business dealings of third parties not affiliated or doing business with the company.

I can confirm that presently I am the only executive officer of the company. In addition, any third party individual that may own shares or have an interest in the share price would necessarily have had to purchase the shares on the open market.
