17Sec's

I agree with almost everything you state when I put "If" in front of each statement!

"He hasn’t prevented dilution all this time only to get screwed."

I think this statement is completely innaccurate. Based on their filings:

Period Ending Outstanding Shares (Millions)
June 2008 150
Aug 2008 100 (I don't remember a buy back announcement, but its what they report)

Sept 2008 110
Oct 2008 110
Nov 2008 156
Dec 2008 207
Jan 2009 225
Feb 2009 226
April 26, 2009 263 (according to noquit's research)

Do we KNOW that ANVH didn't dilute the day after the 'alledged' dividend payment? I would be curious to know that. If this is a scam, that's -exactly- what I could see happening.

If they issue another finaincial, we may know the answer.

17seconds the only problem I see with that scenerio is this.

It's total fantasy.

"If" this, "When" that.

If you had been here about a year ago you would have seen the same promises. I believe this company is about 4 months beyond the "audited financials" and the "uplisting" target.

As for the dividend, how can one even begin to talk of announcing future dividends and the payment of those dividends when this one is all jacked up and nearly 3 weeks later shareholders have yet to be told exactly what happened and why this money is not paid.

There is a very good possibility this will be suspended by the SEC based on the failure to pay the dividend, the failure to notify shareholders and the trading pattern of the stock during that time period. I surely wouldn't want to be a single insider of this company who sold any shares during that runup.
